At HitBazzar.com, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of FMCG products purchased from our platform.
1. Serviceable Areas
- India: We deliver across all major cities, towns, and pin codes in India.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping for FMCG products.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities and Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: Available in select locations for an additional fee. Delivery is guaranteed within 1-2 business days.
Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders are eligible for free shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
5. Packaging and Handling
- We ensure that all FMCG products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Perishable and temperature-sensitive products are shipped using appropriate methods, such as insulated packaging or ice packs.
6. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order twice. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Customers can request a re-delivery or opt for self-pickup from a designated location. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Orders may be deemed undeliverable if:
- The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable to receive the package.
- The order is refused by the customer.
In such cases, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
9. Handling Perishable Goods
- Perishable items such as dairy, fresh produce, and frozen goods will be shipped using specialized packaging to maintain product quality.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive these items at the time of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for spoilage due to missed deliveries.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
